Technical-Support-Calavitis Calavitis takes the technical support for all the products provided very seriously. After Sales support is the value added from the firm to the end user and this is a integral part for customer satisfaction. For the reason there is the Customer Service Line which is operational 16 hours a day (08:00-00:00) 7 days a week (16/7)

If telephone support is not adequate; on site support is carried out from one of our technicians. In the case of on-site support, response time within the area of Athens during working hours is less than 1 hour and non-working hours it’s with in 2-3 hours!

Technical Support is also provided via our Service department, which is operational from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00. The department holds a large number of spare parts on stock and can be contacted via the main switchboard number at 210 7248144.

Above and beyond all the above mentioned one-off technical support requirements the department also undertakes fault prevention programs which consist of maintenance and diagnostics of equipment and thus limiting the risk of failing units. Our clients can also have a support/service contract, which can be valid in a yearly of quarterly basis, this insures them the full support of Calavitis at a moments notice and at the most competitive pricing.
